Dunvegan Family Office Services Inc. is an Ontario corporation providing family-office administration, reporting and coordination services.

Kailey McLeod Professional Corporation is a professional corporation incorporated in Ontario. It will perform the compilation engagements and the corporate, trust and personal income tax returns under its own engagement letter and the professional standards and obligations applicable to its work. It cannot do so until CPA Ontario grants its Certificate of Authorization, and that certificate has not yet been granted.

The two are separate corporations. Neither owns any part of the other. Each is responsible for its own work and is engaged under its own written terms.

Dunvegan Family Office Services Inc. is not registered under Ontario securities legislation as an adviser or a dealer. It does not provide investment advice or recommendations, does not exercise discretionary authority over investments, and does not hold client assets. Where a client wishes to receive investment advice, it is obtained from a registered adviser, with whom we coordinate.

Internal valuation analysis is prepared as one input into a client's own evaluation, monitoring and decision-making. It is not prepared in accordance with Chartered Business Valuator standards and is not intended for third-party reliance. Where an independent or professionally qualified valuation is required, a formal valuation is obtained separately.

KMPC will not perform review or audit engagements. Compilations will be prepared for management and for lenders on a compilation basis. Where a lender requires a review or an audit, that engagement is referred to an external firm at additional cost.

Dunvegan is compensated by the client, through the agreed retainer. Any compensation or benefit offered by a third party in connection with a client's affairs is disclosed in writing before it is accepted, and requires the client's consent. Any related-party interest, including any investment held by a principal in a vehicle a client holds or is considering, is disclosed.

We collect personal information only as needed to provide the services, hold it under appropriate access controls, and do not sell it or share it for marketing. This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, and runs no analytics or tracking. Information sent through the enquiry form is used only to respond to that enquiry. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to contact@dunveganfamilyoffice.com.

Family offices are a target for payment fraud. We will never email you new or changed banking details and ask you to act on them. Any change to payment instructions is confirmed by an independent callback to a number you already hold. If you receive a message that appears to be from us asking you to move money, telephone us before acting.
